Join us on this 4-day photo adventure, and experience the glaciers, sun and vistas in this northwest corner of Montana. From vast landscapes to majestic mountains, colorful sunrises to reflecting lakes, and abundant wildlife all make this location a photographer's paradise. Come explore and photograph the wonders of Glacier National Park.

ITINERARY

Tuesday - July 1, 2025
Meet & Greet 7:00PM at St. Mary’s Village Lodge

Wednesday - Sunday, July 2 - 6, 2025
We will photograph sunrises and sunsets as well late afternoons, capturing landscapes and trying to find and photograph wildlife as well. Some days will include classes on Creative Composition or Photographing Glacier National Park.

Workshop concludes on Sunday at 4:00pm.

    Discounted lodging has been arranged at the St. Mary’s Village Lodge in St Mary, MT and booking information is provided upon registration. The lodging fee is not included in the workshop rate, and also does not include housekeeping gratuities (approx. $3-$5 per day), which the participant is responsible for.

  • Transportation
    Many participants choose to ride to field sessions together by carpool. If you would like to arrange ride-share prior to the workshop with another participant, please let us know.

  • Meals
    While meals are not included in the workshop fee, we like to dine as a group to discuss the day’s events and be on hand for any questions.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Our workshops are designed for all skill levels, and involve photographing sunrise and sunsets, as well as other field sessions. While workshop locations vary, you should expect to walk relative distances with your equipment. Please refer to the Fitness Level below for each workshop. Some workshops are more strenuous than others. If you have any health issues or concerns, please reach out to us prior to registration.

GROUP SIZE

Experience
beginner, intermediate and advanced

 

fitness level is moderate. You must be able to carry your own photo equipment and walk comfortably on some uneven terrain. TRAILS ARE CONSIDERED EASY TO MODERATE.

 

TRAVEL
The closest airport is GLACIER NATIONAL PARK INT’l AIRPORT (FCA). It’s A 2-HOUR DRIVE TO the WORKSHOP.
