Capture Spring Season in the Smoky Mountains: Photo Workshop
Great Smoky Mountains National Park is one of the very best places in the U.S. for seasonal photography. Spring in the Smokies is pure inspiration—rivers swell with fresh water, forests glow with bright spring greens, and the mountains truly come alive.
As a local North Carolina photographer, I know the park well, from its most popular overlooks to hidden gems off the beaten path. I’d love for you to join me this spring as I guide you through these beautiful mountains and help you photograph them at their very best.

DAY 1 : April 12
7:00pm Meet & Greet in Gatlinburg, TN
DAYS 2-4 : April 13 - 15
Sunrise and Sunset Photo Sessions
Photo session at waterfalls and streams within the park
Photo Session in Cades Cove
Instruction in the field
DAY 5 : April 16
Sunrise Photo Session
Photo Processing Class
Workshop concludes at 3:00pm

TYS - KNOXVILLE, TN
Knoxville airport is an easy 1-hour drive from the park, and our hotel. Half of the US population is within an 8-hour drive.
FITNESS LEVEL:
EASY > MODERATE
Most walks are considered easy. We will photograph along streams and waterfalls which can be slick.
