White Horses of Camargue Photo Workshop
Photographing the White Horses of the Camargue has been my greatest photography experience yet. You can feel the power of the run under your feet, and it is majestically breathtaking. Splashes of water fly through the air, stallions stand off at the ocean’s edge, and running bulls add to this dramatic adventure! Join me, Patrice and the local guardians of the white horses for this very special event.

- Depart the US for MRS, Marseille, France

- Arrive at MRS Marseille International Airport
- 2:00pm transport from airport to boutique hotel in Saintes Marie de la Mer
- 7:00pm Meet & Greet with Welcome Dinner

- Photographing Horses preparation class
- Visit Saintes Marie de la Mer
- Afternoon session with horses

Lodging - 6 nights at Boutique Hotel included and based double occupancy. Private room available for additional $1600 USD.
Transportation - Group transportation is provided throughout the workshop

Breakfasts - French breakfast daily
All other meals are NOT included in the workshop fee, but we like to dine as a group to discuss the day’s events and be on hand for any questions.

Incidentals
MRS - Marseille, France
The above airport is the closest airport to our workshop location. You are always welcome to arrive early or depart later and settle in and explore before the workshop begins/ends!
Please plan to arrive at MRS no later than 1pm on April 25, 2026. This will provide you with enough time to get your luggage and meet your transportation to the hotel.
Please plan your return flight from MRS to the U.S. after 11am on May 1, 2026. If your flight schedule requires, there are several hotels near the airport.
Transportation
Round trip airport transfer is provided.
Transportation to photo locations, villages and Parc Ornithologique during the workshop is provided.
The Town of Saints Marie de la Mer is a short walk from your boutique hotel.
FITNESS LEVEL-EASY/MODERATE
Most photo spots are on the beach or in the wetlands. Paths are formed for easy walking but can be muddy. Muck boots or similar recommended.
